Flashback Friday is here, and with it the second #AboutLastNight photo gallery featuring my New Year’s Eve festivities in Richmond, VA with my extended family. Enjoy! (oh and stay warm today)
For today’s “Flashback Friday” I’m taking a look back at April-June. There was a whole lot of traveling in this little chunk of 2014: Philly, Richmond, Washington DC, San Diego, plus I did a show (Messiah Complex), saw a show (Bullets on Broadway) and started rehearsals for another show (A Midsummer Night’s Dream). I celebrated my Aunt Cynthia’s new position as Deputy Attorney General of Virginia, went to a sonogram appointment with Jassmine, supported my friend Jenna on her new web series, treated my cousin to brunch to toast her first PR job in the city, had an amazing reunion with Mississippi folks in town, went to the opera, enjoyed the sun and sand of San Diego, had a Mother/Daughter weekend in DC, and spent quality time with my friends as I rang in my 25th birthday. Enjoy the pictures below, some are old and some have never been published, and of course you can click the month’s in the menu on the left and relive these moments with me!
As I stated on Monday, each Friday post this month will be a dedicated “Flashback Friday” as I go three months at a time through 2014. This week it’s January-March! I sadly learned that I somehow forgot to back up my January photos, so I’ll only be able to repost the ones that originally appeared that month, but for February and March I’ll add a few in the slideshow that you haven’t seen! Hope you enjoy my trip down memory lane.
Holy Moly, you guys! It’s December!
Where on earth did this year go? It just flew by and over the course of the month I will be doing “Flashback Friday” posts featuring three months each week!
I think it’s safe to say that my “Fall First” bucket list, has been a bit of a snooze fest. After taking on extra shifts at the office, participating in readings and becoming involved with a theatre company, free time has definitely been spent with friends or fictional stories courtesy of Netflix, Hulu and the old Broadway. Eh, what can I say? I’m only human 🙂
My hope, however, is to make up for the lack of posts in November with tons of photos, poetry, quotes, and more for December. With holiday parties, family galas, Christmastime in New York, and any other exciting plans that may fall in my lap, this month shall be spectacular!
So my question for you is…how are you going to finish out 2014?
So, I apologize to my friends in advance for this post. I decided that, just for today, I would use the popular Instagram hashtag #flashbackfriday. The true motive for this theme is because over the past week I have either seen, interacted or talked to a lot of my friends that I haven’t spoken to in awhile. So because of this, I give you Flashback Friday. (I tried to pick the most flattering and, as of yet, unused photos, for this post). Enjoy! 🙂

I guess we ARE turning into adults huh?
